Where it began
We didn't start iSkinist to build a brand. We started it because we were tired of choosing between products that smelled good and products that actually worked.
Like a lot of us, we grew up witnessing time-tested rituals — which our researchers and iSkinist doctors now validate clinically: amla for the hair, ritha as a natural cleanser, hibiscus paste for shine, brahmi oil massaged into the scalp on slow Sunday afternoons. No fancy packaging. No 15-step routines. Just ingredients backed by clinical science, because they simply work.
Somewhere along the way
Somewhere along the way, that knowledge got replaced. Store shelves filled up with products promising overnight miracles — and quietly filled with silicones, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances that gave short-term shine and long-term damage.
We lived that frustration ourselves: hair fall, dull skin, and a growing pile of empty bottles that never delivered what they promised.
That frustration became a question: why did we ever move away from what actually worked?
That question became iSkinist.
