When you place an order, it enters our fulfilment process immediately so we can pack and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart, items, quantities, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

While an order cannot be cancelled, you can update your shipping address until the order has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, the delivery address is locked and can no longer be changed. To request an address change before dispatch, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Shipping is free on every product, on every order. There are no delivery charges added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Because delivery is already fully covered by us, there is never any need to negotiate shipping or delivery charges with our delivery partners. If any delivery agent asks you for a shipping or delivery fee, please do not pay it — instead, report it to us on WhatsApp right away.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We take reasonable steps to display accurate pricing, but in the rare event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to correct it before dispatch.

Occasionally a payment may be debited from your account while the order does not get confirmed on our side — usually a temporary bank or gateway delay.

If this happens, message us on WhatsApp with proof of the deduction (a bank/UPI transaction screenshot showing the amount, date, and reference/UTR number). We will verify the transaction and, if the order was not placed, ensure the amount is reconciled or refunded to the original payment method.

For any question about a product — ingredients, usage, suitability, or your order status — message us on WhatsApp and our team will be happy to help. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

iSkinist does not offer returns or refunds. The only exception is a wrong or expired product delivered, which is handled via WhatsApp. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
